Parker’s offering of standard line bodies for each valve and cavity size offered in our catalog. These line bodies feature industry standard cavities.

STANDARD BODIES

Parker’s selection of standard bodies and cavities are meant to be used with most valves contained in Parker’s cartridge valve catalog and feature industry standard valve cavities. These bodies and cavities are available with several port sizes and thread configurations in either anodized aluminum for pressures less than 210 bar (3000 psi) or zinc plated steel for applications with pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). These bodies and cavities are ideal for prototype machines or individual valve usage, and are easily mounted due to slotted mounting holes machined into the side of the line body.

Markets:
• Miscellaneous Industrial
• Miscellaneous Mobile

Features/Benefits:
• Easy to mount
• Highly serviceable
• Great access to cartridge valves
• Variety of port sizes

Applications:
• Catalog standard valves

Parker’s Cartpak sandwich mounted bodies are designed to be mounted under a standard ISO 4401-03, NFPA D03, CETOP 3 size valve, and provide a multitude of valve functionality.

CARTPAK BODIES

Parker’s Cartpak bodies are designed to be mounted under a standard ISO 4401-03, NFPA D03, CETOP 3 size valve, and accept a common 10 size cartridge valve. This body and mounting style allow the designer the flexibility to use a single body to provide pressure, directional, flow, or load control, and may be “sandwiched” underneath a Parker D1 Series directional valve to provide the control functions for all portions of a hydraulic circuit. Parker’s 4-way manual rotary spool valves operate throughout a 90 degree rotation with a closed center condition at 45 degrees. These valves are available in either aluminum or ductile iron and rated to ISO fatigue test standards; use in miscellaneous applications within mobile or industrial hydraulic markets.

Markets:
• Miscellaneous Industrial
• Miscellaneous Mobile

Parker cavity plugs are a versatile option and can be used in any manifold where one valve serves several machines and/or options; either blocking flow completely or rerouting flow as needed.

CAVITY PLUGS

Parker’s cavity plugs fit all industry standard 8, 10, 12, and 16 size cavities. These plugs function more than just a port plug and can be used in place of any valve that fits in those industry standard cavities. Parker’s cavity plugs can be configured to either block all ports completely or reroute flow to the appropriate ports via several internal spool design options. These valves are ideal for commonizing manifolds across several machine platforms where certain machines may or may not require specific valves and functionality. Cavity plugs can simply replace unused cavities were valves have been removed.

Markets:
• Miscellaneous Industrial
• Miscellaneous Mobile
