HYDRAULIC BALL VALVES

Parker offers hydraulic valves that enable and improve industrial and mobile machinery performance. We provide innovative components and complete systems to customers worldwide, while partnering with customers to improve their productivity and profitability.

HYDRAULIC BALL VALVES INCLUDE

2/2-way ball valves interrupt or facilitate the medium flow. These valves, available worldwide, can be optionally equipped with a locking device to avoid unauthorized opening and shut-off; they support the safety of the entire system.

2-WAY BALL VALVES

2/2-way ball valves interrupt or facilitate the medium flow. These valves, available worldwide, can be optionally equipped with a locking device to avoid unauthorized opening and shut-off; they support the safety of the entire system. Ball valves with a detent position or fastening bore are also part of the programme.

Markets:
• Agriculture
• Mobile hydraulics
• Air & Gas Compressors
• Offshore and Shipbuilding
• Construction Machinery
• Railway Industry
• Trucks
• Natural Gas

Applications:
• Suitable for general hydraulic applications.

Features/ Benefits:
• Excellent sealing and easy operation extend the safety of the entire hydraulic system, of which the 3/3-way ball valves form a part.

• 2/2-way ball valves guarantee the safety of the whole hydraulic unit because of their consistent quality.

• 2/2-way ball valves are available in steel and stainless steel; there is a broad range of seals e.g. NBR and POM. This variety of material helps to meet customer requirements perfectly.

• 2/2-way ball valves have Cr(VI)-free surfaces and are therefore produced in an environment-friendly manner. This surface also offers very high corrosion protection, which of course extends the life-cycle of the product.

Parker’s BV series ball valves are a high-quality ball valve that shuts off or allows full flow in either direction.

Parker’s medium and high pressure ball check valves have operating pressures ranging from 20,000 psi to 60,000 psi.

HIGH PRESSURE BALL VALVES

Developed to assure safe and easy plumbing through 60,000 psi, these medium and high pressure ball valves are engineered to the highest standards of repeatable quality. The medium pressure valves are designed with a compact, cone-and-threaded connection which permits the larger bore sizes and increased flow rates common in this pressure class. Materials include high tensile Type 316 stainless steel bodies and hardened 17-4PH stainless steel lower section stems. These are non-standard parts and may require a longer lead time.

Features:
• Non-rotating stem tips
• Packing below stem threads
• Type 316 as high tensile bodies
• Positive gland lock device
• No stem adjustment needed
• Black T-handles are standard; choice of 4 colors available for special order
• Tube sizes: 1/4″ through 9/16″
