High pressure ball valves for subsea operation. Pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar) and water depths to 12,500 feet (3810 meters)

SUBSEA BALL VALVE

Parker Autoclave’s high pressure subsea ball valves are capable of operating to 20,000 psi (1379 bar) and depths of 12,500 feet (3810 meters), in sizes 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″. Standard ball valves are furnished in 316 SS with specials materials available. Our unique design innovations include an integral one-piece trunnion mounted ball and stem that eliminates the shear failure common in two piece designs, re-torqueable seat glands that result in longer seat life, and lower friction stem seal that reduces actuation torque and enhances cycle life.

FEATURES
One piece, trunnion mounted stem design.
Full port flow path minimizes pressure drop.
PEEK seats for excellent chemical, heat and wear resistance.
Available to NACE MR-01-75
Manufactured from cold worked stainless steel.
Optional O-rings materials available.

Parker Bestobell’s cryogenic ball valves are ideal where excellent full flow characteristics are required with no delay in filling time. They are widely used in gas production, transportation and storage, offering long term performance.

Cryogenic Ball Valves

Parker Bestobell’s cryogenic ball valves are specially designed for use in liquefied gas production, transportation and storage. These valves are ideal where the customer requires excellent full flow characteristics and long term performance. The innovative design of the valve allows for full flow of media from filling stations and portable delivery systems with low pressure loss, resulting in no delay in filling time.

These ball valves feature an innovative free floating ball design that allows the force of upstream pressure to push the ball hard against the downstream seats. The higher the pressure, the more seating force and torque is required to operate the valve.

Available in Bronze and Stainless Steel, the ball valves feature a spring-loaded gland seal, which provides low torque level under both ambient and cryogenic conditions.

Parker Bestobell’s cryogenic ball valves are designed to eliminate leakages, maximise lifetime operation and reduce maintenance costs.
