Durable, reliable contactors for use in hazardous areas
R. STAHL’s contactors are compact components for Ex e enclosures in Zones 1 and 2 that you can really rely on. We supply contactors such as auxiliary contactors, reversing contactors and contactors with auxiliary contacts or thermistor motor protection relays, for example. They are all easy to install, robust, and corrosion-resistant.

R. STAHL’s contactors are installed in enclosures with Ex e type of protection and can be used for many different applications. Because the auxiliary switch is integrated in the contactor, they are very compact. This is particularly advantageous for reversing contactors. All contactors have a corrosion-resistant enclosure and easily accessible connection terminals to make installation easier and allow for safe connection. They can be reliably secured in the enclosure with screws such that they do not vibrate. The contactors and reversing contactors are designed for outputs of 4, 7.5 or 11 at 400 V and comply with AC-3. Contactors with an output of 26 kW are designed to comply with AC-1 at 400 V.
