POWER SUPPLY

R. STAHL produces two different components for supplying power to installations in Ex e enclosures. Both versions have a corrosion-resistant enclosure and easily accessible connection terminals to make installation easier and allow for safe connection. They can be reliably secured in the enclosure with screws such that they do not vibrate. The Ex i  is used for the intrinsically safe supply of power to field devices, e.g. three- or four-conductor transmitters, solenoid valves, light barriers and controllers. It supplies a steady output voltage at its intrinsically safe output. The output and the auxiliary power are galvanically separated.
